About Sean Rogers

Sean Rogers has over 25 years of experience in the building industry. This includes a diverse range of builds from renovations, small builds and architectural homes to light and heavy commercial projects.

Sean has International and professional experience in all aspects of Design, Construction and Project Management. After graduating university in 1991 he owned and operated the internationally recognised and awarded Design Corporation in South Africa until 1998, which specialised in interior renovations. Notable clients included Government Ministers, TV personalities and high end hospitality and commercial businesses.

For the next decade Sean worked as the Operations and Project Manager for Contemporary Construction executing residential renovations and new builds as well as stand out projects like the award winning Upper Deck Shopping Center and specialist projects like a unique 225sqm subterranean helicopter hanger. Sean emigrated to Australia in 2008 and worked in the building industry in NSW, QLD and NZ.

Sean spent 4 years in Sydney delivering commercial construction and fit-outs as a Project Manager with clients including, ANZ/Allianz stadium, the Australian Turf club, the Waratahs, Randwick Hospital, Parmalat and Norwegian Cruise Liners.

He has also completed work in Cairns after Cyclone Yasi and has worked with post-earthquake rebuilds in Christchurch.

Now permanently settled in Brisbane, Sean runs Second Nature Builders with his wife, Jacqui. SNB is passionate about changing up people's lifestyles through home renovations, sustainable practices and creative solutions.
